New information about the Tsaritsa’s potential kit in Genshin Impact has surfaced, revealing an extensive set of abilities, Elemental Reactions, and Constellations.

According to the leak, the Tsaritsa would be a 5-star Cryo Bow user, she could become one of the most versatile characters in the game, offering both offensive capabilities and significant support for her teammates, with an unusual combat system built around two different playstyles, powerful team buffs, and the new Stellar Reactions.

Let’s get into the details of the kit that we got!

Elemental Skill: Two Different Playstyles

One of the most interesting aspects of Tsaritsa’s leaked kit is her Elemental Skill, Judgment of the Pole Star, which provides different effects depending on whether players tap or hold the ability.

When tapped, she receives the Benevolence Blessing and summons the Azure Star Crown, which follows the active character and periodically deals AoE Cryo DMG to nearby enemies.

Under the Radiance – Stellar Glimmer state, part of this damage is converted into damage associated with the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.

This version of her Elemental Skill appears to focus on off-field damage and supporting other characters.

However, holding her Elemental Skill grants the Glory Blessing, allowing Anastasya to enter a more offensive state.

During this state, her Normal Attacks are transformed into a special five-hit spear combination that deals AoE Cryo DMG and cannot be overridden by other Elemental Infusions.

When affected by Radiance – Stellar Glimmer, the final damage instance of these attacks is converted into damage from the corresponding Stellar Glimmer reaction.

The Azure Star Crown lasts 20 seconds, while the Glory Blessing lasts 15 seconds. Her Elemental Skill has a 15-second cooldown.

Elemental Burst: Different Effects Depending on Her Blessing

Tsaritsa’s Elemental Burst also changes depending on which Blessing she currently possesses.

With Benevolence, she activates To a New World, dealing AoE Cryo DMG and temporarily freezing the duration of the Azure Star Crown.

During this state, Stellar Glimmer reaction damage dealt by nearby party members receives a 50% bonus.

Additionally, the Azure Star Crown gains an extra instance of AoE Cryo DMG considered Stellar-Conduct reaction damage.

Anastasya also enters a special Sealing state when switching off the field. Once this state ends, she can activate a special Elemental Skill called Azure Star Decree – Triumph.

Meanwhile, when using her Elemental Burst under the Glory Blessing, she activates When the Eternal Night Gives Way to Dawn.

This ability deals AoE Cryo DMG considered Stellar-Conduct reaction damage and temporarily freezes the duration of the Glory Blessing.

More importantly, the Tsaritsa’s can Seal up to three other party members.

Sealed characters cannot immediately switch onto the battlefield. Instead, after their Sealing ends, attempting to switch to them can trigger a special attack called Azure Star Decree – Annihilation.

This attack consists of three consecutive stages, dealing multiple instances of AoE Cryo DMG and Stellar-Conduct reaction damage.

Both versions of her Elemental Burst have a 15-second cooldown and require 50 Energy.

Passive Talents: New Stellar Reactions and Powerful Team Buffs

Anastasya’s passive abilities appear to be particularly important for her role in teams built around Stellar Reactions.

Her passive talent, Glory of the Radiant Night, grants all party members the Glory effect for 20 seconds after using her Elemental Skill, increasing their CRIT DMG by 12%.

Additionally, Glory can be temporarily redistributed among teammates when a character enters the Sealing state.

Another passive, An Unfinished Requiem, enhances Stellar Glimmer reactions.

For Stellar-Conduct, buffs granted by the Polestar Field become stronger, and creating a Stellar Prism immediately grants an additional instance of the field’s buff.

For Stellar Swirl, Stellar Vortices and Wandering Vortices are upgraded to Level 2 when created. The base reaction multiplier of Stellar Swirl is also increased by 15%.

Her other passive effects allow Superconduct and Cryo Swirl reactions to be converted into Stellar-Conduct and Stellar Swirl under specific conditions.

Furthermore, these reactions receive additional base damage depending on Tsaritsa’s ATK. Every 100 ATK increases their base damage by 0.7%, up to a maximum bonus of 14%.

Together, these mechanics suggest that she could become an important character for teams relying on the new Stellar Reaction system.

Everything we know about Tsaritsa’s Constellations

The leaked information also includes details about her Constellations, which provide substantial improvements to her offensive and supportive capabilities.

C1 — Additional ATK and Elemental Mastery

Her first Constellation strengthens the Glory effect, providing an additional 15% ATK to Cryo characters and 60 Elemental Mastery to characters of other Elemental Types.

It also improves the redistribution of Glory when characters are Sealed.

When she herself becomes Sealed, the Glory granted to other party members increases to 300% of its original value.

C2 — Increased Stellar Reaction Damage

Her second Constellation provides different improvements depending on her active Blessing.

Under Benevolence, Stellar Glimmer reaction damage dealt by the entire team receives an additional 60% CRIT DMG for 30 seconds.

Under Glory, Tsaritsa’s Normal Attacks, her offensive Elemental Burst, and Azure Star Decree – Annihilation deal 125% of their original damage for 15 seconds.

Additionally, Stellar Glimmer reaction damage dealt by nearby party members increases by 5%.

C4 — Stronger Team Buffs

Her fourth Constellation further enhances Glory, increasing the effectiveness of its CRIT DMG, ATK, and Elemental Mastery buffs to 130% of their original values.

C6 — Enhanced Special Attacks

Cryo Archon’s sixth Constellation significantly improves both playstyles.

Under Benevolence, switching to another character can trigger an enhanced version of Azure Star Decree – Triumph, dealing 250% of its original damage. Nearby party members also receive an additional 10% Stellar Glimmer reaction damage bonus.

Under Glory, tapping her Elemental Skill can trigger an enhanced version of the third stage of Azure Star Decree – Annihilation, dealing 200% of its original damage.

This Constellation also provides additional offensive benefits, including a 20% increase to Anastasya’s own Stellar Glimmer reaction damage under the specified conditions.

Could the Tsaritsa Become One of Genshin Impact’s Strongest Supports?

The Tsaritsa looks incredible—let’s make that clear right off the bat. It looks like she’s going to be more than just an interesting character as a Main DPS, especially considering how uniquely her on-field mode works.

But what’s most intriguing is just how strong she’ll end up being with that kit as a Sub DPS / Support. It looks like she’ll enhance any team in the game for the next few months, especially if the new Dendro-Cryo reaction eventually gets added.

Her versatility and the fact that she’ll appear in nearly 100% of upcoming meta teams make her one of the characters with the highest pull value in the game right now—and, obviously, quite possibly, an extremely powerful character.

However, everything is still up in the air right now, since the information is leaked, and we haven’t even seen any gameplay yet (it won’t be long before it appears).
