Today we had the livestream for the new version of Chaos Zero Nightmare! It was a livestream filled with celebration because it marks the start of the CZN’s 1st anniversary! Let’s see what surprises it has in store for us! Remember to claim the Livestream Code, you have it below!
The entire Showcase obviously kicked off with some yapping from the voice actors, as they shared stories about this year, after which we were introduced to the first surprise: a new character, Rossweisse, who will be the first banner for Season 5. Obviously accompanied by her partner, Sig. She will be here between 10/21 – 12/02.
In addition to that one, we’ll have two other banners, along with their respective partners: Blazebell and Dahlia. Blazebell banner will run from 11/11 – 12/02, meanwhile Dahlia’s will run from 12/02 – 12/23.
Obviously, we’ll have a new Seasonal Chaos, Galactic Disaster. A new snowy setting called Celestial Bulark and a new enemy, Waltraute.
One thing they haven’t left out of this anniversary celebration is a huge number of QoL improvements. Updates ranging from better boss rewards, guides and tutorials for new players, extra farming for weekly bosses (including free trials), Battle Speed, and much more.
It wouldn’t be an anniversary—and certainly not one for the CZN—if we didn’t have skins, so the new Rossweisse will come with a skin.
Along with the new skin, we’ll also have a new in-game banner—a skin banner for the cards.
And now we come to the most interesting part: the 1st Anniversary Rewards. 90 pulls for the Normal Rescue Banner and 40 pulls for the Rate-Up Banners. A free character and a partner selector. A top-up reward event with an additional character and partner selector and, of course, the top-up x2 Bonus Reset. Also, Lumina Lens is a new currency for card skins.
Obviously, we’ll have lots of events, and it’s even been announced that a multiplayer event is coming in the future—which sounds really interesting…
All in all, Season 5 and the Anniversary Edition are absolutely insane—far surpassing any mainstream game we know of. I wish other companies would do the same or something similar…
