There has been speculation about buffs for Liyue characters for quite some time now, since this has already happened with several characters from Mondstadt and/or the Hexenzirkel. And with the recent buffs to Stellar reactions.
The first thing we learned was that the selected characters would be: Zhongli, Ganyu, Xiao, Hu Tao, Keqing, Yelan, Yanfei, Chongyun, and Ningguang
Furthermore, that information aligns very well with what we know about the upcoming skins for Xiao and Yanfei.
The information we have now focuses more on how these buffs would work, since it appears that up to three Liyue characters would need to be together for them to take effect. Remember that, in the case of the Hexerei characters, only two were needed. But this wouldn’t be the only restriction, as there may be others of a different nature.
Keep in mind that all of this information is subject to change, as these buffs are expected to arrive in Genshin Impact 7.4.
