These days, it’s rare to find a video game that’s released at different times. And it’s usually seen as something negative because it hurts a large part of its player base and dampens the hype. That could be the case with Azur Promilia.
Just yesterday we were talking about when the global version of Azur Promilia would be released, speculating a bit about whether it would come out at the same time as the Chinese version or shortly afterward. And it seems they were listening, because shortly afterward they confirmed all our fears.
In a statement, they confirmed that the Chinese version would indeed be released this year, while the global version wouldn’t be out until, at the very least, summer, though the release window remains somewhat open between March and June.
Once we have more information about confirmed release dates, we’ll talk again about the next big game in the Azur series. See ya next time!
